Duties will include:
- Preparation of vegetables, salads, starters, soups, sauces
- Plating up meals and assisting senior chefs during service
- Progressing to prep, cooking main meals and making desserts
- Cleaning and Sanitising
- Adhering to Food Safety requirements
Potential to progress to Chef de Partie and beyond.
