Working Week:

Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday. 6-8 hours per day based on a rota system some AM & PM start times depending on the shift. Total hours per week: 36.00

Apprenticeship level

Positions

Duties will include:

Meet and greet customers
Take food and drink orders
Serving food and drink at the tables
Initiate excellent customer service
Process cash and card payments
Working behind the bar serving a range of alcoholic (dependent on age) and non-alcoholic drinks
Ensure stock is replenished
Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area
Following health and safety and food hygiene procedures
Ensure everyone is having the best time possible

Future prospects

There is a strong possibility that you will gain a permanent position following successful employment as well as achievement of the full apprenticeship qualification
